Rooms are small but the balcony was huge so you never felt cramped

We enjoyed our stay very much! Nice location, clean rooms, communication with host was great - Patrick was very friendly! Would stay again :)

Rooms were a bit hot, but when we opened the window it was ok!

Good location, quiet, great view. Room with balcony and kitchenette with everything you need. We got warmly welcomed late at night. Common areas: living room with TV, kitchen, pool.

"Perfect for a skiing trip"

Super nice shared living room and big kitchen for everyone. Big private room with balcony and practical little kitchen with everything you need. We got warmly welcomed and everything was just perfect for our sky-trip.

The house is super beautiful and well designed by Rudolph Olgiati! We couldn't ask for a more interesting place to stay. Perfect location in the heart of Flims and surrounded by other beautiful buildings from Olgiati. Patrick received us in a very warm and friendly way!

Pool temperature a bit too cold for the extremely hot general temperature of the space. Price a bit too high for the general conditions (no breakfast or amenities included).
