Mango the Hotel

Hotel was clean tidy, bed was a bit too soft for my liking but, otherwise ok

I got the third degree when I went down in the morning from a woman who I can only describe as obnoxious and rude, to the point I felt like a child being scorned

The Area....The food .......The prices........

Room 14 (exact same roon as last stayed )not as clean. There was dust on bedside shelves also asked a member of staff who was cleaning rooms at time about room being sorted and was told to see front desk......and the bed was comfortable to sleep on previously when stayed at mango..well this time seriously uncomfortable especially with a bad back..the mattress was terrible no support on the sides just dead the rest of it was lumpy sunken in..hardly slept 4hrs a night due to mattress but apart from that...

No offer of breakfast

The cost was in keeping with a Travelodge, so 2*. The bathroom was lovely, looked recently improved. Shower was fantastic. Hot water, high power. Lovely. The staff were very friendly.

I’m disabled and the lift to the first floor wasn’t working. It was difficult for me to climb the stairs. The gentleman who showed me to the room apologised.

The room was lovely real clean the food was worth paying for
