Clean and comfortable. Very friendly owners. Great location for visiting Phantasialand.

Good clean and large accommodation, with an excellent bar and restaurant on the ground floor. The owner is professional, helpful and friendly.

Nothing really.

The location was great, the room was massive. Room had air conditioning. The neighborhood was quiet and very walkable. Groceries within a short walk away. The beds were very comfortable.

This is not really the fault of the property, but as travelers on a three week long trip I would have liked to have laundry facilities nearby. The closest we were told were back in Cologne. If you are headed to Brühl and need laundry done make sure you do so before you get there. For other people on shorter trips this is probably not an issue.

The host Mario is really friendly and the rooms were very clean, modern and comfy. Definitely would recommend this to friends and family.

Not really something wrong, but when booking I had overlooked the fact there was no breakfast accommodation. Luckily there is a petrol station with stop two houses down and a McDonalds which serves breakfast 2 minutes away.

Service was perfect. Possibility to have direct access to the restaurant from the Hotel without going outside, very convenient with children in the winter. Appartment was comfy and spacy. Beds were perfect. Exceptional service.

There is nothing to complain about.

It was a very big room for the price we paid. And it was very close to Phantasialand. Futhermore the staff was very friendly.

The cushions were thin and not comfy.
