RS-HOTEL - smart & modern Hotel Apartments

it looked brand new and it was very clean. The lady at the desk at arrival was very friendly

We requested a quiet room and got the opposite: building work was being done at the of the hallway of our room, waking us with drilling and power tools at 7. -I have a video with the sound and distance to the rooms, but unfrtunately could not upload it here-. Next to builders in general it is a very noisy place: the walls are paper thin you can hear conversations almost completely, I got woken up by people in the next room and the hallway several times both nights. The door didtn lock properly so I didnt feel very safe. The reception desk is open during office hours, so we didn't get to share these complaints. There was very little service, no cleaning during our stay. Also very few amenities: we stayed one night in our room, and even though it was a big space there was nowhere we coudl sit with the three of us and eat something :( There was also no kettle, no possibility to borrow some cutllery or have breakfast in the hotel. I wanted to tell this at check out and ask for a percentage of my moeny back, but there was no one at the desk.... Think very carefully if you want to stay here. It is very overpriced for what it is, this is not a hotel.

Very clean and new, the beds and pillows are comfortable. The hostess also brought a kettle upon request.

There was no fridge, but it didn’t affect the stay. Very good hotel.
