Hotel Flap Resort

Hotel location was what i was looking for in that area. Facility is very quiet, clean, and safe for a family. Sleeping was more comfortable and adequate. Parking was provided for car rental. I would certainly stay in this facility again if i had to come visit this area. Family of five, we certainly had a great time while at this hotel.

On arrival room number was not clearly communicated and had to make some calls that were not so good. Trash collection should be stated clearly. More cooking pots maybe would add to flexibility of deciding if eating out or making a quick dish especially breakfast. Better follow up would certainly correct these issues easily.

Accommodation is very clean and spacious. Check in is easy and hotel management is quick to respond to emails. There are several restuarants and a Family Mart within a block of the hotel. Location is a 5min walk to American Village. The hotel is quiet and we never heard noises from the other patrons. I really liked that the rooms can be closed off to enable everyone to sleep at their own time. I highly recommend this hotel.

The setting of room facilitate us that travel with a 16-month baby. Besides, this place is very clean and new.

It would be perfect if luggage rack is provided.
