Very clean, cool room with a quiet but powerful fan. Smooth check-in, comfortable bed and brilliantly clean bathroom. Location was good for us because we wanted to be somewhere that was near the bus stand. We were only passing through Cochin so can't comment on location in terms of proximity to tourist attractions.

No toilet paper.Mosquito nets were not fixed properly.Worst of all-fan did such horrible noice-couldnt sleep at all.Worst stay.

Rate is comfortable. Neat and good dealing of staffs and owner. Secure location.

The way to the premises is a little difficult due to narrow route. A name board is necessary at the main road.
