"Poor"

Location was good

Not worth for the money. There are so many plug points in the room. But we cannot use a single one. Very difficult to charge our phone's. And Very congested room and bathroom. Extension phone is not working. Staffs behaviour is not in a professional way. Very much disappointed.

"It was decent"

The staff is very nice and helpful. They helped with hot water, and soft spoken. Pricing was different from the website when we speak to the receptionist, he charged us less.

No breakfast. Smaller rooms. No lift. hey did not serve breakfast on any day. But whatever was promised on the booking.com website was not given. It was just a room with towels and tv that's all, no room service also.
