L'ambiente è molto bello ed elegante, caldo. Gli spazi comuni sono veramente accoglienti. Il letto molto comodo e la stanza silenziosa.

La colazione è piuttosto limitata, non molto varia, però buona... E per entrare e uscire bisogna sempre attendere che arrivi qualcuno alla reception.

Very clean and comfortable beds. The staff was supreme. The wood burning stove was a very nice touch in the gathering room. In a busy area but our room was very quiet.

I don’t have one complaint. Seriously I can’t think of one thing they could have done to make my stay any better!!!

Location was great, and the taxi they arranged from the airport was good. All the restaurants around the hotel were closed when we arrived, which was a bummer because we were hungry. The included breakfast was very nice and a huge plus for us.

You can hear the comings and the goings (mostly doors of other rooms) of other guests.

Lovely hotel in a great neighborhood. Peaceful, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, including a made to order omelet. They were also very accommodating, holding my luggage for a few days before my stay while I was in the Amazon. I’d definitely stay there again on a future trip to Quito.

The bed was a bit on the hard side for my taste.
