"The hotel is located near the beach, it provides good amenities, but staff is not responsive."

Location, restaurant, pool.

Bed - mattress was soft and could feel the wood underneath - not good for my back. Staff - didn't make up the room in 5 days, ran out of shower gel, asked at the reception, but didn't get it anyway.
