Property was clean and tidy,very helpful staff specifically the young ones from the restaurant,10 out of 10

I did not like there system with the breakfast and the fact that you had to pay for each item,of the breakfast,as you did not have a continental breakfast were you can choose from each,1 piece Also not a lot of variety and the fact that you had a card and each person had a budget of 40 lei for breakfast is outrageous,when just a coffee is 12 lei Also I did not like the beach area,were nobody was there to guide you or supervise the beach area from the hotel

Amplasarea, desi nu prea aproape de mare, este intr-o zona verde, linistita. Izolarea fonica, este de calitate, desi piscina este foarte aproape. In general, conceptul general urmarit este cel de confort si a fost realizat in conditii bune. Facilitatile, bine asigurate si preocuparile legate de petreceri pentru copii, surprize, mici atentii, merita un plus in prezentarea hotelului.

Interactiunea din receptie ar putea fi mai binevoitoare, dar fetele si-au facut treaba.

Camera a fost curata si de dimensiuni corespunzatoare. Personalul de la receptie si de la restaurant s-a comportat exemplar, viteza de reactie a tinerilor angajati la restaurant este peste asteptari, practic timpul de preluare al comenzii este inexistent iar cel de livrare al comenzii foarte scurt. Preturile sunt decente pentru litoralul romanesc, iar calitatea mancarii din ce am putut eu aprecia este buna. Un bonus il constituie prezenta sezlongurilor gratuite de pe plaja, si toaleta gratuita pentru clienti. Contrar asteptarilor locurile de parcare au fost suficiente.

Nu am comentarii negative la adresa hotelului. Singurul lucru care ar trebui imbunatatit este aspectul statiunii, care arata jalnic. Iluminatul este aproape inexistent, nu exista la propriu niciun cos de gunoi in statiune, trotuarele sunt sparte avand aceeasi stare din 2007. Plajele nu au grupuri sanitare cu exceptia celor oferite de hoteluri, care sunt sporadice.

They checked us in 45 min earlier. The rooms were better than expected, large, full of light, good balcony, clothes dryer, silent AC that didn't blow in your head, all new furniture, all new bathroom. Playgrounds indoors and outdoors. Free parking, when your car doesn't get blocked. Close to the beach and to other restaurants, but the beach in itself was not nice.

Many things, unfortunately. Firstly, the price (~135e/night) is ridiculous, for a stay of 20h in a 3 start hotel, breakfast included (check-in was at 16.00, checkout at 12.00). The restaurant was always a surprise: either the food came very fast, or very slow (eg. 1h waiting), some meals were good (eg. breakfast, chicken soup, salad, children menu), others were very bad (ribs, fish with garlic, pork belly soup). At checkout, my car got blocked by the car of a staff member, I had to ask reception to solve the situation. Check-out was a nightmare: took 40 mins. The attitude of the staff was unpleasant and unhelpful. At check-in they gave us some cards for breakfast but they didn't tell us we have to return them. So we paid with them at the restaurant and didn't explicitly ask them back (and the waiter didn't give them). At check-out, surprise! We have to return the cards (that the restaurant held) or else we pay. And the receptionist's answer was "I don't know, I don't care, you get the cards or pay". So I ended up running around between the restaurant (which actually held the cards) and the reception, because it was impossible for them to communicate amongst each other. Pool is open only 9.00 - 19.00. Breakfast opens at 8.00, which is very late for someone that wants to go to the beach outside burning hours.
