Nothing.

Unfortunately, communication was very poor. At check-in, the receptionist could not find my details and assumed I was trying to check in without a reservation. I was repeatedly insulted during this process. Later, I was asked to pay in advance, and the next day I was told the hotel had reported me as a no-show and tried to charge me a second time. In short, I was treated disrespectfully upon arrival and then almost charged twice. Future guests should be very cautious when booking here.
