客室のメモパッドに長い髪が何本も挟まっていた。バスルームにコンセントがなくて不便だったこと。

The japanese style room we booked was a present surprise. It is very roomy with bathroom/toilet outside of the tatami mat area. There is a large, private, accessible japanese rock garden. Staff is very helpful and I appreciate the reminders leading to our stay. The only problem I have with the room is that there is an exhaust fan/outlet in the vicinity of this room, perhaps on the roof nearby. The kitchen starts work at around 4am and the vibration and noise from the fan/exhaust woke us and kept us up. The fume is also detectable if you open the glass door. This truely is the only let down. The parking was easy, the location was excellent and staff very polite and helpful.
