Great location

The bathroom had a smell like sewerage, and the tap in the basin needed to be cleaned with a scrubbing g brush and cleaner The towels need updating as they are very thin except on the 1st night and the last night we were given better quality The bed linen needs updating also, very yellow incolour.

It was quiet with 2 lovely pools and giant room/bathroom which were clean. The breakfast was included and was very nice, although it was a little unclear what we could order - a written menu would have been helpful.

Whole place needs a refresh. The rooms are big but dark and there was no facility to get hot water for a cup of tea/coffee. Used the bathroom at reception on first and last day and both times it was in a very dirty condition. Much of the pool furniture is damaged and haphazardly arranged and some of the sun umbrellas were in a terrible state, faded and covered in mould. There is an abandoned and unloved feel to the place. I felt the staff were trying but seemed to be lack of funding/love for the place in general.

Nice large room & bed. Good location to restaurants & cafes. Priced well

Big spacious Balinese style accommodation with beautiful garden surrounds. I like how well kept the gardens are. I like how cool the rooms are and I like the 24 hour reception. The staff are always really friendly and helpful.
