Blizkosť jazera a pláže, gastroslužby hneď v ulici a v blízkom okolí, ubytovanie v centre diania. Parkovanie hneď pod budovou z jednej alebo druhej strany. Len dva podlažia, čiže sa veľa človek nenachodí po schodoch.

Niektorí ubytovaní hlavne bohužiaľ českí bratia, keď sa v noci vracajú na izby, akoby tam boli sami v budove. Hluk a buchot. No tomu sa asi človek nevyhne nikde. Možno by som dal nejaké upozornenia na steny ohľadne dodržiavania nočného kľudu aspoň po 23: hodine

Snídaně všechny tři dny bez problému, doplňování v pohodě. Najíte se.

Mohlo by být více klíčů od vchodu. Někdo chce zůstat na pokoji, někdo chce ven, tak jedna sada je málo. Malý sprchový kout.
