Breakfast was excellent. The well maintained gardens are lovely.

The dead mouse on the path leading to the hotel entrance. There was an unpleasant odour in the bedroom.

Beautiful village and grounds surrounding this very tastefully and well appointed hotel. Rooms are modern, fresh and clean, with a very comfortable bed and crackin bathroom. Breakfast was buffet style, with really good options.

Very well maintained, the gardens were lovely & well looked after. Bedrooms/bathrooms were clean and beds were particularly comfortable. Dining area was well laid out, decor was nice. 10 minute drive to Ypres, which is where we were going for sight seeing so that was nice. The lady working there (didn’t catch her name unfortunately) was very pleasant and made us welcome.

The only thing that I’d mention is more of a cooked breakfast option would be nice, although the breakfast supplied was still sufficient & nicely laid on.

The hotel is amazing and we will definitely be back. There wasn't much to fault, a stunning location with beautifully set gardens on the outskirts of Leper. The staff were lovely, and very very helpful. We made an error and thought we had booked the Sunday night, the hotel is closed but they let us stay and came in especially for us to do breakfast. The owner was super friendly. The room was fantastic and the beds and pillows were really comfortable, I slept very well. The hotel is quiet even with other guests. We want to come back in the summer and see the gardens in full bloom.

Room and bed were very comfortable, and the spa bath was lovely. Breakfast was delicious but with only an overnight stay we didn't have a main meal in the restaurant. There was an EV charging point in the nearby car park.

We couldn't work the temperature control for the room, and it was slightly too cold.
