You pay for what you get and we booked this place as a stopover for two nights and needed the basics like a bed and bathroom. The fan was very good and an AC was not needed due to the cooler temps of Da Lat region, so don’t be put off! We loved the central location, the manager on site was very friendly and hospitable, he even organised some drinks and snacks one evening to have with other guests in the property and himself and it was an awesome night in/out!! Used a lot of Google translate but we got on so well in the end, it was a hoot! Bed was very large and comfortable, room faced away from street so was very quiet and cosy.

Not a lot of storage space for bags and clothes at all, had to put all our bags and toiletry bags on the floor. If you get a street side room it is super loud so ask to get one on the other side facing away! Bathroom was a concern, sink was falling off the wall unfortunately, and was also leaking from the bottom. If you get this room just ask to swap and I hope they will fix it by the time someone else comes!
