I rarely write reviews, but the kindness and integrity shown by the team at Lu To Hotel deserve recognition. During my stay in Da Lat, I accidentally left my Dyson hair dryer behind and only realized it after arriving in Ho Chi Minh City. With a flight back to India the very next day, I thought there was little chance of getting it back. However, the hotel owner immediately stepped in to help. Despite the short timeline and the challenges involved, he remained responsive, reassuring, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. What impressed me most was not just the effort to return my belongings, but the honesty and responsibility he demonstrated throughout the process. He even told me that if he was unable to get the Dyson back to me in time, he would personally compensate me for the loss. That level of care and accountability is something you rarely encounter. Thanks to his dedication, my Dyson was safely returned to me before my departure. I am deeply grateful for the exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality shown by the owner and his team. If you are visiting Da Lat, I wholeheartedly recommend Lu To Hotel. It’s not just a place to stay—it’s a place where guests are treated with sincerity, respect, and care.
