"Trop cher pour des chambres pas à la hauteur."

Les repas du soir, le local de ski, la situation

Manque de chaleur à l'accueil Chambre exiguë pour trois, minuscule écran TV, pas d'armoires. Salle de bains étroite, manque de popreté dans les recoins, peu de choix de produits. Aucune souplesse pour avancer l'heure du petit déjeûner quand les athlètes doivent partir tôt, pas de possibilité de plateau déposé devant la porte comme dans d'autres hôtels du même type. Pas d'ascenseur. Chambre peu chaufée et très mal isolée (bruit après 22h, portes qui claquent)

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal - Lage nahe an den Bahnen.

Zimmerreinigung hat noch Luft nach oben. Zimmer 12 und 18 sehr klein - wurde uns aber so kommuniziert.

Le personnel, le restaurant de l'hôtel. Le confort de la literie.

L'insonorisation, que de bruit depuis le couloir, de la chambre au dessus, on entend trop. Une bouilloire, une tasse, quelques sachets, surtout l'hiver, auraient été bienvenus.
