Please note the reception is open from 7:30-10:00. and from 17:00 to 21:00. Guests expecting to arrive after 21:00. are kindly asked to call the property on the day of arrival to get further instructions for the check-in machine. In the event of problems, an emergency call button is available in the entrance area. Any outstanding balance should be paid on arrival. Nonrefundable rates can only be booked by the person who will stay at the hotel. For security purposes, this credit card must be shown at check-in. You will receive the access code for the main entrance after entering the 10-digit booking number and the name of the booker at the check-in machine. Please note that for early check-in, the following charges apply: EUR 15 from 12:00 to 15:00. Please note that our hotel is not a bicycle hotel and bringing bicycles or e-scooters into the rooms is not permitted. When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of €12 per pet per night applies.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
