"Great little June break in Albena"

Great variety of food options, choice of several bars and pools, ideal location on the beach near the promenade. Staff were excellent, super friendly. We happened to enjoy a traditional Bulgarian folk event organised by the hotel as well.

They improved room service and cleaning compared to 2022, good job! It's our second time here and I can say we had a really nice holiday. The location of the hotel is a big plus, just between the sea and the forest.

food was ok, they changed towels daily, hotel basically on the beach

old furniture and bad quality cleaning was really missing in the room door of the room was really bad quality and it looks very insecure

"It's good, but lots to improve."

Our sea view room. The elder receptionist was professional at arrival.

90% of the personal are grumbling all the time. Kindness? What's that? I have written 3 pages to the guest book. You can ask them to show you. 😉 By the way our holiday was good. We had our focus only on positive things. 💖
