Хотелът е на брега на язовир Доспат и гледката от стаите и от ресторанта е прекрасна. Чисто е, стаята е прилично голяма с тераса. Има малък хладилник. Има достатъчно шкафове за багажа. Харата обслужващи гостите са много мили и ненатрапчиви. Има паркоместа.
