We booked this hotel at 1 am in the morning after our flight was cancelled. The staff waited of all the guests to arrived and let us all to our rooms. We were able to check out at 4 pm for an extra fee. The rooms were comfortable and clean, spacious and with aircon. The staff was great, very welcoming. There is a convenience store within walking distance and some eateries as well.

Not a location for sightseeing Osaka, there is not much to do around if you are staying few nights. It was perfect for us to wait for our next flight.
