Hotel Sunmarine

It was very large and comfortable for what I paid (5000 yen for one night). I went there only to sleep.

I arrived in the evening from Kyoto, I couldn't work out the buses and had no connection so I walked from Izumi-Sunagawa station with my suitcase which took maybe 25 minutes - I would recommend keeping to the main roads when doing this as any other roads are very small with no pavement (although they don't look like that on Google Maps), and also feel quite isolated which is a bit scary as a solo traveller. When I arrived the woman at the desk was very very kind to me - I had been bitten by loads of mosquitos (the walk was near a lot of ponds and it was very humid at the time), and gave me special mosquito cream which was amazing! I never saw any of the rooms, but the customer care I got was fantastic.

I needed to leave to go to the airport at 5am, and was hoping to book a taxi to collect me. The woman at the desk (I'm sorry I can't remember your name!) did her very best to help me and called lots of people, but it turned out it wasn't possible. So I had to book another hotel. I did message about it before I came, and from the reply thought it would be okay, but I think I misunderstood. The woman at the desk was so so helpful and kind though, and helped me get a taxi to the new hotel and made the whole thing much less stressful than it could have been - thank you very much

The room was nice and clean. It's close to the airport so it is good for early flights.

When I tried to go to the front desk, the staff were not there. I checked in at 9 pm, and my key was left at the front desk. I couldn't find the staff until 4pm rhe next day

I love everything, the receptionist was helpful and kind and allowed me to take in the Japanese tradition clothing. Also, when I got to hotel I was allowed to go in room and sleep which was convenient and I appreciate it. I will definitely be back

The room was spacious. Very nice linens, high-rise bed. Everything was clean. Staff was very accommodating. It was close to a supermarket and other restaurants. Close to Senan Long Park. Can get there around 15-20mins.on foot, and 7minutes by car/taxi. Great value for money

There are two entrances/front desks in different locations. But the staff was nice enough to show us our entrance. It was hard to get a taxi to the location, and the restaurant was not as appealing.
