The location is perfect, right in the middle of Tawau town. It's surrounded by eateries and shops for your convenience. The bed is comfy too

The shower heater isn't working and the water pressure is low (i stayed in the room on the 6th floor)

Location of the hotel is strategic. Close to eateries and easy access to the town.

Hmmmm.. Let's start with the elevator. They are old and classic, like something out of the 80s. Then the hallway once u've arrived at ur floor. Musty and damp smell evade ur nostril. And lastly the room.. hmm.. everything looks like they're from the 80s. Musty and damp smell is everywhere. Did I just repeat myself? I know it's RM150 but with a renovated and minimalist look, it could do wonder to the hotel. After all, it's the KING PARK Hotel.

Luckily the beds feel comfy The towels clean and soft Breakfast ✅️but Don't expect too much from the food served😅

Smell weird like an old fabric. Something like Mold or paint peeling on the wall,like duhh... What is this? Airconditioner 👎🏻 After 20min we switch it on, cannot make the room cool. We are sweating like crazy🥲 Bathroom too small.
