Strategic location in the center of town, making it very convenient for guests

The cleanliness of the washroom is poor and does not meet acceptable hygiene standards. Visible dirt and stains were observed on the floors, walls, and fixtures. The toilets and sinks appeared unclean, with unpleasant odors present in the area. The shower space was also poorly maintained, and corners of the washroom had accumulated dust and grime, indicating a lack of regular cleaning and upkeep. The furniture inside the hotel room appears outdated and worn out. Many of the items, such as chairs, tables, and cabinets, show visible signs of aging, including scratches, faded surfaces, and loose fittings. The hotel room door lacks a proper security lock, which raises serious safety concerns for guests. The absence of a functional lock or deadbolt compromises the privacy and security of occupants, making the room vulnerable to unauthorized entry. This is a basic safety feature expected in any accommodation and should be addressed immediately to ensure guest safety and peace of mind. The access area to the hotel is poorly maintained, with scattered documents and unused hotel items left on the floor. This not only creates a cluttered and unprofessional appearance but also poses potential safety hazards for guests. Such disorganization gives the impression of neglect and lack of proper housekeeping or management oversight.

Easy to find a stall for food and nearest the shopping area.

Please make the room better as all the furniture is old and the floor looks not repaired. The cleaning for this room is low so there are a lot of ants and dust all over the ceiling.

Free water refill and kettle. Decent sized rooms and bed. Good value for money. Does the job.

The hotel is in need of a refurb. No outdoor seating area. Not particularly clean.
