Lawaka Hotel

Our room was cute and clean. Farrah at reception was exceptional - going out of her way to help us with anything we needed. The restaurant serves tasty food and is reasonably priced.

The staff was very friendly and super helpful, even stayed up till 5 am when our ride was really late. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious! Definitely recommend.

There wasn’t hot water when we arrived, but as we stayed for only few hours we didn’t ask anyone about it, so it might have been only because it was very early in the morning

No complaints Some info for future guests: if you arrive late, ask the staff if they can book a ticket for the boat to Wakai otherwise you risk not having a seat on any of the speed boats to wakai

Lovely setting on the sea, breakfast was pretty good, great staff (with Google translate!) location also handy as you can walk to the towny bit for food in the evening.

Internet very sketchy and the restaurant for the evening was out of most food!!

Perfect hotel for a one night stay before to go to Togean, basic rooms but clean, and very good price.

The rooms are clean, well set out, cool, the hot shower was lovely, lovely added extras like water and a whole packet of tea bags! Staff are all very friendly, lovely and quiet with the sea on your doorstep, shame we can’t swim in it!

We got to breakfast before 8am, there were no eggs, they were out of bread, meat free chicken bones and the fruit was extremely low also! They did cook some new eggs for my partner, but seeing as breakfast had been open for less than an hour with two more to go, with no one to replenish anything really around, we do wonder if they are really set up for breakfast!

Breakfast is a bit poor, but everything else compensates is very well.
