The rooms are big and spacious

Location is away from the beach but is close to the north Goa hot spots, and breakfast typically takes time as they cook smaller portions hence you eventually end up waiting for the food.

There was renovation going on in the property, still they accepted the booking and at no point did they mention about the renovation. There was nothing to enjoy at the property and renovation work would go till 9pm.
