Prima staff. Hadden voor parkeren voor de deur geen kleingeld en ATM was kapot. Ze hebben geld voorgeschoten. Top service.

Der besitzer versucht die volle betrag zum kassieren für eine Nacht obwohl wir gar nicht übernachten haben. Der sagt … finden sie selber ein parkplatz in stadt knd kommt ihr dann. Freheit !!!

The hotel is located directly opposite Ancona railway station, about a 30-minute walk from the city centre, although there are plenty of buses available. I had a room on the second floor overlooking the courtyard. It was quiet, reasonably spacious, and well equipped, including a refrigerator. The Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout my stay. Breakfast was served on the ground floor and offered a good variety of options. I particularly appreciated that the cakes were cut into small pieces, making it possible to sample several different kinds.

I had requested a room on a higher floor, but was initially assigned one on the first floor. The room was changed upon request though, which was appreciated.
