"Ένα ωραίο παλιό αρχοντικό"

Η τοποθεσία και το αρχοντικό. Η εξυπηρέτηση ηταν τέλεια απο το προσωπικό. Και το πρωινό φανταστικό!

Δεν λειτουργούσε καλά το καλοριφέρ. Και ακούγονταν θορυβοι απο τα διπλανά διαμερίσματα δεν υπήρχε μόνωση!

"Ανεπαρκής"

Η τοποθεσία ήταν ειδυλλιακή

Εξ αρχής όλα πήγαν στραβά. Είχαμε κλείσει το «premium τρίκλινο» και, όταν φτάσαμε, μας τοποθέτησαν σε ένα ημιυπόγειο δωμάτιο. Όταν διαμαρτυρηθήκαμε στη ρεσεψιόν και μιλήσαμε τηλεφωνικά με μια κυρία Κλάρα, επέμεναν ότι δεν υπήρχε κανένα πρόβλημα. Έπειτα, «δια μαγείας» και αφού μας πέρασαν για ηλίθιους, μας ενημέρωσαν ότι υπήρξε μια ακύρωση την οποία μόλις είχαν δει. Μας μετέφεραν σε άλλο δωμάτιο, το οποίο όμως δεν διέθετε λειτουργικό τζάκι, παρότι είχαμε πληρώσει επιπλέον για αυτή την παροχή. Το ίδιο βράδυ μπήκα στο Booking και, προς έκπληξή μου, διαπίστωσα ότι υπήρχαν αρκετά διαθέσιμα δωμάτια. Επισυνάπτω και τα screenshots που έβγαλα το ίδιο βράδυ και φαίνονται και οι ημερομηνίες. Παρακάμπτοντας όλο αυτό το φιάσκο, ο κύριος της ρεσεψιόν ήταν υποκριτικά ευγενικός, ενώ η κυρία Κλάρα αναιδέστατη και καθόλου βοηθητική. Όσον αφορά τις παροχές του δωματίου, δεν υπήρχε τίποτα πέρα από ένα πιστολάκι· το 2025 είναι απαράδεκτο να μην υπάρχει ούτε καν μια μηχανή καφέ. Επιπλέον, το μπάνιο πλημμύριζε κάθε φορά που κάναμε ντους, καθώς υπήρχε απλώς μια κουρτίνα, λες και βρισκόμαστε στη δεκαετία του ’90. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν να γλιστράμε όλη την υπόλοιπη μέρα μέχρι να στεγνώσουν τα νερά. Τέλος, το πρωινό ήταν απλώς οκ, χωρίς κάτι το ιδιαίτερο.

Περάσαμε 3 μέρες εκεί και ήταν καταληκτικά. Το δωμάτιο άνετο και καθαρό. Όλο το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο, πολύ εξυπηρετικοί και βοηθητικοί και πάντα με το χαμόγελο. Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και πεντανόστιμο.

Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, καλό πρωινό και καθαρό γενικά το κατάλυμα αλλά και το δωμάτιο που μέναμε.

Καθόλου άνετο κρεβάτι, στο δωμάτιο που μέναμε δεν έπιανε τις περισσότερες ώρες ίντερνετ, όταν έπιανε ήταν για λίγα λεπτά. Η τηλεόραση επίσης ήταν διακοσμητική.
