Das Frühstück ist hervorragend. Das Hotel ist lebendig.Die Mitarbeiter sind ansprechbar,freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus ist sehr hilfreich.Wir werden das Hotel bei einem weiteren Besuch in Erfurt wieder buchen.

Uns hat es insgesamt hervorragend gefallen, mit einer winzigen Ausnahme. Das Frühstück war Spitze! Die Zimmer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Lage des Zimmers: 2. OG, straßenseitig.

Hier kommt unsere Kritik: Direkt neben dem Haupteingang war die Raucherecke mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Rauch von dort zog in die darüberliegenden Zimmer, so dass es unmöglich war, die Fenster zu öffnen. Gleiches gilt für die Lautstärke der Unterhaltungen der Raucher, die mit vorschreitendem Abend an Intensität zunahm.
