部屋が広くて海が見えて良かった

照明の調光ができない 冷蔵庫の中が結露で水浸しだった

The ocean view from our room was outstanding. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The food from room service in the evening was good and reasonably priced.

Did not like having to call the unmanned front desk to be let out of the building every time we wanted to leave. No meat option to accompany the limited breakfast choices.

Comfortable bed and quilt

No room key. I think it is/was a love hotel, doesnt feel confortable for family staying. Stain on couch and couch pillow. Message chair seems out of place.

It was a nice room in the end, balcony and all. I would probably say slightly more negative than positive

We were unable to leave the building without calling the phone on ground floor to notify staff. This felt pretty unsafe, what if there was a fire or other emergency and we needed to leave? Some of the staff did not help to make this easier, we were told when we checked in that we had to pay just before we checked out. We checked in and then wanted to go out for dinner that same night, and got stopped at the front door for a long time while another staff member was there telling us to pay now if we want to exit the building. I found this quite contradictory and feel this could have been commmunicated/managed better. We were also were presented a dirty room when we first entered the property. The staff did switch us into a clean room afterwards when we asked to swap which was nicer.
