El personal es muy amable y muy atento a colaborar. Excelente atención recibida.

Desafortunadamente no tiene ascensor y nuestra habitación quedaba en el 4to piso. Con dos niños pequeños fue un poco agotador cada que teníamos que salir y volver al hotel.

La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, cerca a zona de comidas, bebidas, al parque y a todos los puntos turísticos de Paipa. La habitación muy grande y cómoda con una Terraza muy bonita y espaciosa y muy buen desayuno

Un poco incómodo que nos tocó en el 6o piso sin ascensor pero en últimas hacer ejercicio no hace daño entonces le pusimos la mejor actitud porque la habitación si estaba muy bien y era muy bonita, valía la pena subir los 6 pisos.

Instalaciones impecables. El uso del sauna y turco es un plus increíble. Calidad y precio excelente, volvería sin dudarlo solo por disfrutar de nuevo de este servicio.
