3 αστέρων και όχι 5 αστέρων. Το πρόγευμα χάλια. Μουχλιασμένο ψωμί / μπαγιάτικα τυριά κτλ. Σπασμένη κανάτα νερού. Το γκαρσόνι έπαιρνε τα ψωμιά με τα χέρια του

The room was very spacious and clean. It was very close to the gondola. The staff was polite. Big breakfast buffet.

The pool and spa were loud, with lots of children yelling, slippery floors and not really a spa atmosphere. The staff's English level was not very good. The buffet wasn't refilled often enough - an hour before breakfast was supposed to end.

Breakfast could be better option

It's a nice hotel but not a five srat as advertised. Staff was nice but not super Professional. Good breakfast, nice warm pool and sauna. Jacuzzi is extra charge. Overall it's a very good choice near the Gongola (5 min walk) but not very indulging like in a real 5 stars hotel.

Elevator too slow The taps in the shower were broken Small pool and it was very chlorinated, my eyes hurt if i opened them underwater.

Deluxe odada kaldık, büyüklük çok iyiydi. Odada mutfaktan banyoya tüm ihtiyaç malzemelerini koymuşlar süperdi.

Klimamız bozuldu ve buz gibi yattık, en üst kat odalar da ses sorunu var. Merkezi ısıtma sisteminin motor sesi oldukça gürültülü oluyor geceleri.Kahvaltıda siyah çay bitti dediler 3 gün boyunca gelmedi.
