The hotel is quite decent - the rooms are comfortable and clean. The zoo is impressive and the animals look well cared for.

The restaurant was disappointment for us. Some things were great like Moravska salad or the breakfast (excellent prosciutto sandwich and omelettes), others were disappointing like tasteless chevapi or chicken soup with flavour of artificial packaged seasoning. Then, there is no smoke-free area. I understand that’s the culture in Serbia, but this should be explicitly stated in the hotel description, as not all foreigners are aware of that. We were lucky to be there at low period of the week, with not many people/smokers in the restaurant, which helped us survive. Second of all - dear waiters, we were not born yesterday. No need to charge for double portions of salad if the salad is not “double” and if we asked for one salad, not for two; And not giving change back is not a great deal, I’m sure all customers leave tip, you will not earn more by playing possum. The spa - we paid extra fee to use the spa, the pool water was ice cold and they didn’t bother to switch on all the spa facilities, as we seemed to be the only customers at this point. Again, I understand the reasons, but it doesn’t mean I liked it. The spa centre was very clean, though. The spa and the zoo open after 12 h, so make some other plans for the mornings. And once again, smoking everywhere in the hotel, even in the corridors is, to say the least, not pleasant. In general - a place with great value and potential, but many things need extra attention.

Fint område med mycket att göra, men dålig frukost och otrevlig service drog ner upplevelsen.

Trevlig plats och omgivning, men maten och bemötandet levde inte upp till förväntningarna.
