Det hade varit bra om utebelysningen var tänd. Väldigt mörkt på morgonen när man skulle ner för trappan och till bilen.

Emme majoittuneet ollenkaan. Majoituspaikka ei vastannut sitä, mitä siitä oli ilmoitettu. Ei voi sanoa hotelliksi. Meille luvattiin hyvitys maksusta, mutta emme ole sitä saaneet. Majoituspaikka ei vastaa puheluihin eikä sähköposteihin. Olemme saaneet tiedon teiltä, että ei vastaa Bookingillekaan.

Gezellige accomodatie met veel aandacht voor details. Mooie, gedeelde, keuken met tafels waar je je zelf meegebrachte maaltijden kunt nuttigen.

Geen airco, ondanks dat dit wel bij de faciliteiten stond aangegeven op Booking. Geen ontbijt, terwijl dit wel stond aangegeven bij Booking. Tot op heden, drie weken later, nog geen enkele reactie van Booking op ontvangen. Bij de receptie stond een bordje met de mededeling dat de hond 10 euro per nacht kostte. De eigenaresse vertelde ons dat onze Labrador een grote hond is en dat ze daarom 20 euro per nacht rekende.

Tyvärr var det ingen frukost. Men vet man om det, så är det inga problem, då det fanns tillgång till kök och kyl.

Siisti, hotellimainen, hiljaista ja rauhallista.

Hotellitason hintaan aamiaisen sai tehdä itse omista eväistä. Huoneessa turhan lämmintä. Viimeisen päälle rempatusta kylppäristä puuttuu bidee - en ymmärrä.

Booking verkkosivulla mainostettiin aamiaista. Paikan emäntä oli kiukkuinen kun kysyin tästä ja ilomoitti, että aamiastarjoilua ei ole.

Paikan emäntä käyttäytyi epäasiallisesti. Oli selvästi ylikuormittunut. Oli agressiivinen ja kiukkuinen, kun kysyin aamiaisesta, joka bookingin verkkosivulla näkyi. Kun sanoin peruuttavani varaukseni, koska palvelu ei vastannut luvattua, ryhtyi todella nenäkkääksi ja ilkeäksi. Yritin rauhallisesti keskustella asiasta, mutta se oli tilanteessa varsin vaikeaa, lopulta sovimme, että majoitun ainoastaan yhden yön ja perun toisen yön varauksen. Nyt näköjään lasku tulossa kahdesta yöstä. Ei anna kovin hyvää kuvaa toiminnasta, valitettavasti.

The room was very nice. We where there in july and they did not offer breakfast at this time but we had use of the kitchen. The kitchen had many seating areas and was light and roomy. The rooms with bathroom was clean and fresh. The kitchen on the other hand felt a bit unattended to. Like yesterdays guests had left there stuff and noone had checked and cleaned.

We were there during july when we had excellent weather, really hot. The presentation here on bookings says aircondition, but it was just some circulation of air that was possible in the system. No cooling was possible. For us that was a big disappointment. Also there was not any insectsnets for the windows, staying above a stable that would have been nice or in my opinion, necessary.

Nice location, quite close to Mariehamn. The rooms looked really nice.

On Booking, it said there was air condition but there wasn't. When we arrived it was 28 degrees celsius in our room and we couldn't find a way to cool it, which wasn't great since we have a two month baby. Based on Google maps and reviews we thought there would be breakfast but there wasn't. It was also hard to reach anybody who worked there, we never met the owners or any member of staff in person. We could sometimes reach the owner on the phone but other times they were unreachable. When I read old reviews, it seems people used to have a much better experience than we had. My guess it that the owners have other projects now and no longer prioritize the hotel, which is a shame.
