Good hotel, good choice of breakfasts and different themed dinners in buffet format. Quite a large pool, there is yoga and massage, very friendly staff. The room was spacious and bright.

The most significant minus is the lack of internet connection in our room, the Wi-Fi network was constantly disconnected, and mobile internet did not work in our room. At the same time, a couple of meters from our window on the street everything worked perfectly. Also quite strange is the lack of free drinking water at dinner.

Tout était parfait, de l'accueil au départ. La piscine, la mer juste en face. Le petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Le staff aux petits soins. Les massages très bien, un peu cher quand même. Le repas au restaurant "à la carte", super. Seul petit bémol, le buffet du repas du soir, un peu monotone et pas très varié. Un super moment en famille Merci pour ce beau séjour

Mycket trevligt bemötande och enastående service från den vänliga personalen. Det var en lugn och härlig atmosfär på hela anläggningen. Rent och snyggt överallt.

Läget var lite utanför med en bit till bra strand och shopping.

Absolutely Everything. The staff including Dimitri, Claire Adonis, Michaela and Katrina were simply amazing. I wish we could recall all their names. They couldn't do enough for us from the minute we arrived to the second we left the hotel. We were made to feel so welcome. We have stayed at quality hotels all around the world. The service and friendliness of this hotel is without doubt the best we've experienced. There was always a smiling face to greet us. A big shout out goes to the management. You've trained your staff well in the art of service. Our flight home wasn't until 2am which meant normally we would have no room for the whole day, however we were given a complimentary room to keep until we were ready to leave. Although this is not rated a five star hotel it certainly has a five star feel. We will certainly be staying there if we visit Crete in the future. Thanks to you all for making our holiday so special.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an exceptional experience. Everything was perfect — from the cozy and clean rooms to the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service. One of the highlights of my stay was meeting kleida, a wonderful staff member who truly made a difference. She was incredibly kind, professional, and always went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and welcome. Her warm attitude and genuine care added so much to our stay — she’s truly a gem and a great asset to the hotel team also mathias was such a heart warming person that made our stay special I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience. I would absolutely come back again!
