Essendo anch'io della ristorazione complimenti alla cucina qualità e menù eccezionale. Staff sia al ristorante, bar e in piscina sempre presente e attento alle richieste dei clienti. Complimenti a tutto il personale sempre sorridente e molto cordiale .

"A wonderful place to relax"

We spent a few unforgettable days at Enorme Maya Beach Hotel and were extremely satisfied with everything. Our room was spacious with a huge terrace offering a stunning sea view. It was tastefully furnished, very clean, and comfortable. Although the pool area was quite busy, we could always find a free sunbed. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, both at the reception and in the restaurant. It was a wonderful experience – we will definitely return!

How friendly the staff was! They were so kind the entire time, allowed early check in, made sure we were comfortable, provided 2 drinks at the bar on our last night. The food was amazing, the resort itself was beautiful and so clean! 10/10

The resort had a great pool, very friendly staff, and the food was great.

If I had to be very picky, the bathroom could do with a do over.

les chats le personnel la piscine

la musique forte et permanente (piscine et buffet) lits très durs et coussins special torticolis (trop épais) axe de piste de l’aeroport d’heraklion (parfait pour jouer à deviner les compagnies), même la nuit nourriture infâme pour ce prix (niveau Sodexo) suite vue mer, plot twist il faut marcher 30 sec pour voir un bout de mer savons pas de marque dans la chambre ( je rappelle que c’est un 4 étoiles) maya beach hotel mais pas de beach

Quarto com excelentes condições. Funcionários simpáticos. Comida diversa durante toda a semana.

Hora de jantar termina muito cedo (6:30H às 9:00H). Quem quiser visitar as praias mais distantes tem de regressar bastante cedo ou perde o horário. Esclarecer no anúncio que a meia pensão não inclui bebidas ao jantar. Até à data todas as experiências que tivemos incluíam (mínimo água, sumos e cerveja) pelo que fomos apanhados de surpresa.
