Hotel Berane

Personeel was behulpzaam en aardig, kamers groot genoeg en schoon.

Wij hadden 2 kamers voor een nacht geboekt ( doorreis) Een kamer had goede ligging maar geen airco ( temp boven 30 graden) en andere kamer was aan de kant van restaurant waar iedere weekend live muziek was. Die was zo hard dat we om 00.00 uur receptie hebben gebeld.Krijg ik antwoord dat we die info moesten krijgen over overlast en harde muziek iedere weekend, dus niet. Een van onze reisgezelschap was kindtje van 1.5 jaar, die is ook veel te laat in slaap gevallen door de warmte in andere kamer en we met zijn twee pas na 2 uur s' nachts, terwijl we kamer hadden geboekt om uit te rusten voor verdere reis.

The location of the hotel is nice.

I would like to start like this. Why do you look for a hotel? To spend a relaxing night and then enjoy the day. We were invited by aeroclub Berane for their 90th birthday and we were 8 people in total. When I checked in at 2pm I went to my room. It had not yet been cleaned and the bed was still rumpled from the previous guest. When I complained about this, the cleaning staff came immediately. But they were finished after 4 minutes. You can see the result in the photos. So we went to the airport party and came back to the hotel around 10 pm and wanted to end the evening at the hotel bar and talk about the experiences of the day. this was absolutely impossible the live music was incredibly loud that there was no place in the entire hotel where you could talk in peace. So we went to bed and wanted to sleep so that we could have breakfast at 7am in order to get to the airport as quickly as possible. The live music continued unabated until 2am! If I want such loud music I go to a discotheque or club. If I want to sleep in a hotel. Although we were promised that breakfast would be available from 7am, it was only opened at 8.20am. The best thing was that you had to pay extra for the second cup of coffee. We were glad to leave the hotel, none of us could sleep for more than 3 hours. We wondered what kind of job the hotel manager/employee had learnt. It can't have anything to do with a hotel.
