Staff attitude.

Good location, 10 minute walk to gondolas.

The rooms are so loud, you can hear everything in the halls and on the street. We weren’t given free towels even when we filled in and submitting the provided sheets as told. The beds and pillows are extremely hard, we did not sleep well.

Location and housekeeping

No laundry facilities, a coin operated laundry on each floor is definitely needed.

The view to some of Happo 1 ski runs was beautiful. Alot of activity happening n the street as well

carrying the luggage up 2 flights of stairs

小さめな浴場でしたが、夜中でも開放されていたので温泉にゆっくり入れました。スイーツが美味しかった。

畳の部屋に宿泊しましたが、畳の劣化で服に 着きやすく落とすのが大変でした。 敷布団は薄くて体が痛くなりました。

Close to lifts and food

No common room to just relax without eating or drinking.

Great location and value for money, enjoyed the Onsen and the staff were helpful and friendly.

They could have been more attentive to replacing our towels otherwise everything was great.

Nice but not varied enough

Only one hard pillow, no milk, breakfast not varied enough, onsen not warm enough on a few occasions,
