Flexibility of the manager, location and availability of enough cooking utensils

Main entrance is in a narrow alley way at the back of the property which may not be safe. No sign in front that directs new customers to the entrance for vehicles. The Internet was slow

"Nice stay"

Good location, comfortable room with other facilities, but no breakfast. I suggest at leat put some snacks, including sugar and tea, for the first day in case the guest arrives at night or is new to the place.

Not having breakfast. Not having snacks and the likes for day one.
