Central location just close to main market and Udupi bus stand..10-15minutes to MalpeBeach Spacious rooms..most of the rooms have a living area which is a big positive..it is an exclusive concept. Food at Vivaan Restaurant in-house is good...Breakfast has limited options but freshly prepared items from the list as chosen...

Lighting in the rooms can be improved especially in bathrooms as it is quite dark... Breakfast is well prepared but some options can be added under Tea and/or drinks like Lemon Juice/water given the weather... Some indoor games if available at the Reception will be good to borrow..eg.Uno cards, Jenga blocks or board games and Yoga mat.
