Schönes Hotel in wunderbarer Lage. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Tagestouren in die Region, besonders wegen der LungauCard. Großartiges und freundliches Hotelpersonal. Ein besonderes Dankeschön an Sonja, Martina und Joseph. Auch der Chef Rupert geht morgens durch den Speisesaal und erkundigt sich nach dem Befinden und gibt Tipps zum Erkunden der Gegend. Durch sie war es ein sehr angenehmer und unkomplizierter Kurzurlaub. Es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffett und das Abendessen bestand aus drei Gängen und war immer lecker. Ein Lob an die Küche. Ich habe den Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße.

Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Doppelzimmern war Zimmer 19 sehr unpersönlich eingerichtet!

Manque tenture occultante à une fenêtre qui donne sur le batiment voisin . Le repas très bien mais servi trop vite.

Beautiful landscapes, but there are for sure other more pleasant and friendly locations in the area

Staff bored, unpolite and unfriendly. At breakfast, they got us up from the table (with coffee, water, and all the stuff) and asked us to move to another table, even though we were with out daughter. Argument: our room was supposed to have another table corresponding to it. Interesting is that we didn‘t get this information at the check-in, no numbers were on the tables in restaurant and this information was not mentioned anywhere in the room. Another „surprise“ was that a lady in the restaurant took directly from my hand the spoon for vegetables and put another one in my hand. I have for sure taken another spoon by mistake and she was eager to show me this error.

Camera pulita con presenza di 2 bagni, una con doccia e lavandino, l'altro con wc è lavandino. Di recente ristrutturazione. Posizione comoda per visitare le attrazioni intorno ma è necessaria la macchina.

È la prima volta che scrivo una recensione negativa e mi dispiace molto farlo. Premetto che io che il mio compagno parliamo fluentemente inglese, italiano (lingua madre) e spagnolo. Tuttavia, fin dall'arrivo abbiamo avuto grosse difficoltà nella comunicazione: lo staff non parla inglese e ad ogni tentativo di comunicare in inglese ci veniva risposto in tedesco. Non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna informazione utile al nostro soggiorno, né sui percorsi o consigli sulla zona. Avevamo organizzato da soli le escursioni, ma sarebbe stato bello ricevere anche qualche suggerimento da chi vive quotidianamente il territorio. Il gestore offriva questo tipo di supporto ad altri ospiti, ma non a noi. Se non parlate tedesco non consiglio questa struttura. Fin dal check-in siamo stati trattati con distacco, sia dal gestore che da alcuni membri dello staff. Un episodio spiacevole è avvenuto durante la cena, quando una cameriera ha tolto il menù da sotto gli occhi del mio compagno mentre stava scegliendo cosa ordinare per la sera successiva sotto gli occhi attoniti dei commensali. La cena si svolge in tavoli comuni, non riservati alle camere. Noi abbiamo condiviso colazione e cena con altre 4 persone (eravamo in due), cosa che può risultare piacevole per fare conoscenze e socializzare ma poco adatta a chi desidera un po’ di privacy. I tavoli, tra l’altro, sono piuttosto piccoli per il numero di commensali. Inoltre, sebbene l’orario della cena sia indicato fino alle 19:30, già dalle 19:00 si percepisce una certa fretta: l’ultima sera, il buffet delle insalate era già stato rimosso alle 19:10. Sinceramente, ci sono soluzioni più comode per raggiungere i sentieri trekking o per visitare altre località. E dal punto di vista dell’accoglienza nessuno dello staff si è mai interessato a come stessimo, se tutto procedesse bene o ha fatto quelle piccole domande di cortesia che ci si aspetta in una struttura ricettiva. Non abbiamo provato l’area wellness,non possiamo esprimere un giudizio.

Niesamowita gościnność. Do hotelu dotarliśmy bardzo późno, pomimo tego gospodarz bardzo się nami zaopiekował, zaproponował ciepły posiłek i pomoc, za co byliśmy mu bardzo wdzięczni. Hotel posiada zamykany garaż na rowery. Polecamy!
