People were lovely

It’s very dated. Needs a refurbishment

Convenient for the station and Hadrian’s Cycleway, good bar food and friendly staff. They accommodated our bikes without question

The bunk bed isn’t stable - needs either replacing or bolting to the wall. We were relieved that our fourth group member didn’t come, as otherwise we would have had to move hotels.

The staff were very friendly

Breakfast was hot and filling very nice, set up for the day. Staff as friendly as you want, been here many times. Will be back soon 👍👍

Nothing as good as normal 👌

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast fairly basic but tasty. Lots of restaurants and shops within a five minute walk

The building is fairly old fashioned with basic facilities. Hotel has no parking although there are pay car parks nearby

Great base close to station and town.

Shower a bit hard to work out

Great base to begin walk on Hadrians wall. Rooms were comfortable and the Staff were friendly.

The staff are very helpful. They are flexible when it comes to check-in and coming and going from the hotel at night. The cleanliness and service are good. Great value for money.

There is no car park nearby. The drain in the shower wasn't working.
