Kaia Gallery Hotel Hoi An

Such a sweat hotel located just 10 minutes from the Old city center. The personnel are super attentive and have great recommendations for making your stay in Hoi An even better. They also have bikes available for rent.

Die Unterkunft war sehr aesthetisch eingerichtet und das Bett war super bequem. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber! Vorallem das Hotelpersonal war so hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben unseren Aufenhalt um drei Tage verlängeret, da es so schön war. Zu Fuss kommt man gut in die Altstadt oder man erhält gratis Fahrräder. Auch das Mieten eines Motorads ist möglich. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft umbedingt weiter!!

Our family loved the feel of this little Oasis of a hotel! Beautiful plants and artwork and the staff were so helpful helping us organise bookings and travel arrangements…., also they have pushbikes!

Everything was great

I had a phenomenal stay at this beautiful little boutique hotel. The staff beds backwards to accommodate guests, and the entire hotel and rooms are beautifully adorned with high quality textiles and design. I can’t wait to go back, and I am so happy to have stayed!

Location is a little further from old quarter and there is a little bit of noise from the club nearby. If you are a light sleeper might be an issue but I am ok with it

La struttura è indubbiamente molto bella e curata dal punto di vista del design

La camera, pur essendo bella dal punto di vista estetico, non disponeva di un armadio e non c’era spazio sufficiente per tenere due valigie aperte, cosa poco funzionale per un soggiorno di più notti. Era presente un terrazzo, ma talmente piccolo da rendere difficoltoso entrare e uscire: uno spazio praticamente inutilizzabile, che a nostro avviso non dovrebbe essere particolarmente promosso se di dimensioni così ridotte. Con la finestra chiusa, inoltre, si sente per gran parte della sera la musica proveniente dai locali esterni, rendendo il riposo non sempre piacevole. La nota più negativa riguarda però il servizio di lavanderia. Tre magliette si sono ristrette in modo irreversibile, tanto da doverle buttare, nonostante fosse chiaramente indicato sull’etichetta che non potevano essere asciugate in asciugatrice. Anche un paio di pantaloni si è stinto, cosa mai successa con i lavaggi effettuati a casa. Dopo aver segnalato il problema, il massimo beneficio ricevuto è stato lo sconto di 1 kg su un totale di 4 kg di bucato. Un gesto che non riteniamo adeguato rispetto al danno subito e che lascia un forte senso di delusione, soprattutto considerando che l’hotel vuole proporsi come una struttura con servizi di alto livello.

The hotel itself is nice; however, I was disappointed with the service provided by one of the receptionists during check-out today. While she was quick to process the payment for my stay, when I requested an invoice or payment receipt, she initially refused and stated that there were guests waiting to check in. It was 10 a.m., and those guests could have easily waited a few minutes. After I insisted, expressing my discomfort, she was not happy about it but she sent the receipt within two minutes. This lack of courtesy left a negative impression, and because of this experience, and the noise coming from nearby bars, I will not consider this hotel for future visits to Hoi An.
