Camere pulite è spaziose , pulizia in camera quotidiana, presente climatizzatore silenzioso, balcone , sapone shampoo spazzolino coton fioc . Colazione buonissima, le ragazze alla reception Linh e Joy sono fantastiche super accoglienti e super gentili e sorridenti, due ragazze meravigliose, anche le donne delle pulizie sono molto simpatiche e le camere sono pulite e super profumate.

Phòng nhỏ xinh xắn, có hương sả rất dễ chịu. Bạn nhân viên lễ tân rất niềm nở và lễ phép. Khách sạn nằm gần phố cổ, đi bộ hoặc đạp xe đều thuận tiện.

1 chiếc giường của tôi có vẻ hơi cũ nên khi cử động sẽ phát ra tiếng động. Cách âm giữa các phòng cũng cần được cải thiện.

The shower heater worked very well. What stood out most was the service. The counter staff were helpful and accommodating, especially JOY, who was very attentive to our requests and questions. Overall, I would still recommend HY Hotel if you are looking for a convenient place to stay with good service.

A few things could be improved: the bed pillows were too soft for my preference, and the bathroom towels felt old and worn out. We also heard a man in the next room vomiting very loudly throughout from late night until early morning, which was quite disturbing.
