Essentia Luxury Hotel Indore

If there’s one thing worth mentioning about this hotel, it’s Blue Salt. The team there Jayati, Jayanta, and Kalki are lovely, and Chef Bhaichung’s food, especially the egg white omelette and poha.

Sadly, the rest of the hotel doesn’t match up. The linen feels cheap, the upholstery is unclean, and the general upkeep leaves a lot to be desired. The overall vibe is quite casual, almost careless, which really impacts the stay. Currrently not maintained well.

Only room was good

Services was pathetic. Made to wait for a long time at the reception before check in well beyond 2 pm. Staff barring one person in F& B was terrible. Most uncomfortable & bad experience.

The food prices were exorbitant... Many won't be able to afford .... I think like all hotels with the tariff charged for rooms should include breakfast...

The professionalism, cleanliness and proximity to market area. The hotel is really amazing and we had comfortable stay.

There was nothing which was not likeable.

Good selection at buffet breakfast. Had dinner at Blue Salt & Coffee restaurant. The choices were good. The service by Ms. Chandni, Ms. Esther & Mr. Sohan was absolutely great. Ms. Chandni went out of her way to ensure that we had a great dining experience.

The housekeeping service at the hotel has lot of scope for improvements. The rooms were not cleaned even pretty late in the day. The hotel has shortage of towels. The housekeeping team is not able to replenish towels when they clean the rooms. They take away the towels, wash them and then replace them much later.
