I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to several issues. First the flooring was extremely slippery when wet posing a safety hazard. I nearly fell multiple times, which made me feel uneasy throughout my stay. The hotel's style, while attempting to be stylish, felt cheap I had a negative experience with the restaurant staff. After suffering from food poisoning from outside , I requested some plain white rice to help settle my stomach and get my medication, but the staff were inflexible and refused my request, citing that the chef cant cook it till after lunch time which should be 12pm and timing when i asked was 1045am. Furthermore, when I accidentally broke a glass, the hotel initially threatened to charge me an exorbitant fee, which seemed unreasonable. To top it off, the cleanliness of the room was below my standard, making for an overall unsatisfactory experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on my stay.

The wifi dropped out regularly which was frustrating.

The breakfast was very tasty and it was lovely going for a dip in the pool in the evening, people don’t really use it which made it more peaceful.

It stated a sofa bed included in the room. It’s not a fold out, it’s a single sofa seat big enough for a 10year old. It’s not adult size at all! Towels were stained daily. When I contacted the hotel by mail at the end of my holiday, they denied hearing any complaint about both the bed and towels. Even though I had someone swap them everyday and was told on the first night there were no other rooms to move to. Found them to be rude and dismissive as if I lied. Very frustrating situation

The interior design was lovely.

The overall cleanliness of the rooms and old stained towels. Room service not replenishing basic items like bath towels, pool towels, bottled water. Too much noise at night either from nearby clubs, the residence goose in the early hours of the morning or workers chatting outside your room. The food was very disappointing at breakfast, long wait times and uncooked pancakes, cold hard poached eggs, cold coffees left waiting on counter. I ordered the lasagna for dinner and it was honestly the worst pasta dish I have ever been served. The meat was inedible and the tomato sauce was served on the side. If the chef does not know how to make lasagna it should not be on the menu. The hotel has lots of potential but needs to improve on customer service.

It had a great selection of food and a good variety was great to start the day off with it included.
