Room was really lovely. Great parking.

There was no heat adjustment or air con in the bedroom. It was a very warm day. 2nd floor so window limited in how much it can open. Reception sent up a fan. This took the edge off a little but was then just circulating warm air. Not at all comfortable.

Free parking, lovely room and bathroom. Free duck! Didn’t stay for dinner or breakfast as I went to my family. Fantastically friendly staff. Great price. Would stay again. Thankyou.

Nothing worth mentioning. Just a personal thing.

Reception staff impeccably mannered and welcoming, as were waiting staff in dining areas. We had a very "roomy" room, which needed to be accessible, and was.

Didn't like is too strong, the walk-in shower was just that, but no grab handles on the walls. We mentioned to Reception, young lady receptive to comment and said she would pass this on.
