The staff were so friendly and helpful, such good value for money with free breakfast and the boat trip we booked was amazing

The shower was either dangerously hot or cold, and there was a tile sticking up on our floor that you could definitely trap your foot in if you weren’t careful

Nice clean place for a great price! Quiet and comfortable. The beds were cozy. Staff was very helpful and kind, free breakfast was a major bonus!

Very friendly staff, they answer questions quickly. If they are not in the lobby you can send a message on whatsapp and they answer very quick. You can order from a menu for breakfast and you get at least three eggs. My boyfriend cannot eat gluten and they gave him extra fruit instead. Very nice.

Not much to say. Very nice place and very cheap. If I can say something negative, it would be that you could order to things for breakfast and not only one. It would have been nice with vegetables on the side.

Finally I found a real hotel in cat at reasonable price! The welcome was very warm and they let me take the room at 9 am... Then helped me with whatsup message and links to visit the most interesting things with scooter I rent from the hotel. The bathroom is very clean and convenient. The bed is really comfortable. Breakfast was nice. On top of that it is very very calm and just 200 m from the front water... I definitely recommend this hotel. 👌

Quiet place, very friendly staff 11/10 - Mrs Moon is great, thank you. Very good value for your money!

Room was cold, no heating. Shower is very cold or steaming hot, takes a minute to set it to the right temperature

"Great stay in Cat Ba"

The rooms were clean and the staff were super friendly. The hotel had an elevator and was very quiet. The wifi worked well. Good location with lots of restaurants nearby. We stayed here one night before our cruise and then came back for one night after our cruise.

"Nice hotel in a quieter part of Cat ba town"

Great location, about 8 min walk from the main road which meant less noise from the karaoke bars of Cat ba town. Very attentive and helpful staff. Overall excellent value for money.

The hotel could do with with an iron as clothes tend to dry very slowly in this area.
