Hotel Donatella Pinarella

The hotel location near some shops and restaurants and only a 5 minute walk from the beach

Food was disappointing (evening meal and breakfast as we were half board).Calling themselves all-inclusive when you only have drinks during the very rushed food service is pushing it a bit. No pool bar or service at the pool and the pool was very cold and looked. The pool was very tired with broken tiles and loose pool ladders. Getting constantly told off by the grumpy pool attendant when we were either slightly early or late leaving (only open for 3 hours in the morning and around 3 hours late afternoon). Getting told off by grumpy from waiters when you don't follow their strict rules on what drinks go in what jugs. We had a family executive room which was clean and tidy if a little small but the bathroom was nice. Large balcony outside but only 2 chairs there for a family of 4 and no table whatsoever. The included loungers and umbrella on their partner beach was a .nice touch but again only 2 loungers for free for a family of 4.
